I always thought I’d step into consulting during retirement, but somewhere along the way, I realized this work was calling me home much sooner.
After finishing my cohort with IncubateHER alongside other entrepreneurs, one thing became very clear: founders and small businesses need support behind the scenes just as much as they need big ideas.
This made me think back over the years to all the small businesses I observed that had strong visions, great people, and real potential — but were overwhelmed by the day-to-day operations needed to keep everything moving forward.
That’s where I naturally come alive. I genuinely enjoy creating, building, and organizing the moving pieces of a business. To me, operations is an art form — identifying constraints, filling gaps, and creating systems that help things run smoother and grow stronger.
Between my years in the restaurant industry and experience in business administration, I’ve developed an instinct for seeing what’s missing and stepping in where support is needed most.
